The All Star list is out recognizing the Monroe County League players for the 2013 season. Senior midfielders Kevin Vaughn (Fairport), Jay Vakiener (Fairport) and Ben Brooks (Irondequoit), along wth senior defenseman Charlie Cummins (Penfield) and senior attackmen Albie DiPasquale (Pittsford) and Matt Kaser (Spencerport) were selected as USLacrosse All Americans.

The Rangers won 13-10 and were led by attackmen Kasey Olsen (5g) and Colin Mcelligott (2g-6a). Of the thirteen goals, only two were by midfielders the rest were scored by the remaining attackmen: Ryan Schirano (3g) and Brandon Ellis (1g-1a).
